Cara membuat :
1. Kocok mentega bersama gula hingga lembut, tambahkan telur kocok hingga merata
2. Tambahkan mete dan esens, aduk rata, masukan tepung sedikit demi sedikit, aduk hingga tercampur.
3. Giling adonan diatas plastik lalu bentuk dengan selera, olesi dengan kuning telur dan taburi gula pasir kasar.
4. Bakar dalam oven yang telah dipanasi lebih dahulu.

Setelah gula berubah warna menjadi kekuning~kuningan (kemerah~merahan) masukan adonan yang di cetak (di gulung~gulung dengan sisir) goreng sampai menjadi kerupuk, berwarna kemerah~merahan, supaya kerupuk tidak hangus di aduk~aduk sampai rata, masakannya di angkat dan di angin~anginkan di atas tempat yang di alas dengan kertas.

Cara membuat :

2. Cetak adonan kue kering dengan cetakan sama atau sesuai selera. Kemudian panggang sampai matang.

CINAMON COOKIES (KUE KAYU MANIS)
BAHAN :
350 Gram tepung terigu | 8 Sendok makan susu kental cap nona |
200 Gram margarine | 4 Sendok teh baking pouder |
Untuk di taburi :
75 Gram gula halus, 2 Sendok teh kayu manis bubuk.
Cara membuat :
F Kocok margarine / mentega sampai lembut lalu masukan terigu dan baking pouder serta susu kental cap nona.
F Gilas tiap bagian adonan menjadi ukuran ½ x 20 x 20 cm lalu taburi seluruh permukaan dgn campuran gula
halus dan kayu manis.
F Gulung lembaran adonan padat-padat, kemudian simpan dalam lemari es selama
1 - 2 jam supaya mudah di potong.
F Keluarkan kedua gulungan tadi,potong-potong tiap gulungan adonan serong setebal ½ cm, lalu taruh di atas
loyang yang sudah di olesi margarine.
F Panggang dalam oven selama 30 menit dgn panas 150 derajat C sampai kue matang dan warnanya kekuning-kuningan.
F Kemudian angkat dan setelah dingin lepas dari Loyang. Untuk 500 - 600 g.

Sesudah itu simpan (1 malam) besoknya baru di giling, lalu di cetak dgn cetakan marie, kemudian di bakar sampai kuning.

Ambilah sepotong demi sepotong adonan yg di potong2 dan di beri selei nanas sampai rata di atasnya di tutup dgn sepotong lagi, atasnya di poles dgn kuning telur dan tusuk2 dgn garpu. Lalu bakar dgn api sedang panasnya.

Bakar sampai kuning kemerah2an.

Cara membuat :
Buat adonan seperti biasa. Kalau, sudah siap adonan di bagi dua, yg sebagian beri cacao 4 sm, dan sebagian biarkan kuning, masing2 di ratakan 1½ cm tebalnya, besar 3 cm, panjang 15 cm, susun berganti – ganti 3 lapis kuning dan 3 lapis coklat. Kemudian potong tipis2 dgn memakai benang dan di susun dalam kaleng pembakaran bakarlah sampai kuning.
